I unboarded the plane, my nerves were on edge. I was scared to death as I walked into the camp where we were suppose to meet. I could feel the tension building as I laid my bags by the tent that I was reserved to. I could tour tombs, play with mummies, live outside, but the thought of meeting the man I was in love with scared me to death. I searched the crowd and finally our eyes met. My butterflies doubled as he walked toward me. When we finally were in reach of each other we grabbed each other and stared into each others eyes. I never even looked into his eyes before and I felt like I could stare forever. I was crazy in love with Ramsi Ru.

We went on for awhile about how glad it was to see each other and how much easier it was to speak on the phone. Finally, after all these weeks of talking on the phone and falling in love, I was in his arms and I couldn’t resist leaning in and kissing him for the first time.

As the kiss intensified so did my feelings for him which also revealed feelings of desire. It didn’t take long for him to take my hand and lead me to the tent. I usually am not the type to sleep in, but after that night I slept in untill 11AM.

My trip would end soon and we had plans to explore Discovery Tomb. After eating some breakfast and gathering supplies we entered the dark tomb. In the end we found some treasure and found someting a man Ramsi knew was looking for and that man in return gave me a good chuck of cash.

The last day of my trip I couldn’t do much of anything, I was just so sick to my stomach. Dry food morsels had never hurt my stomach before. I just didn’t understand what was going on. When the time came for me to leave, Ramsi became extremely upset. He confessed that he loved me and begged me not to leave him again. I tried to explain that I had built a home for myself and made friends and I wasn’t moving to Eygpt. His heart was broken and he was angry and I was so sick and didn’t know how to react. There were no doctors in Eypgt and I tried to explain to him that something wasn’t right and I needed to see the doctor.

The plane ride home was miserable. I got to the point that I was no longer vomiting just heaving and shaking uncontrollably. I curled up in a ball for the taxi ride home and crawled into my tent when I finally arrived and didn’t move for 18 hours when I finally felt like I could eat. I held the cereal down for about an hour, but started vomiting again.

I had the strength to call a taxi and ride to te hospital. I stayed in the hospital over night for an IV and as I rode home I was in complete disbelief. How could I be pregnant??? I again collasped and slept for almost 24 hours and woke to the sound of a car. I figured it was just Sunny coming to hear about the trip, but as I unzipped the tent I was totally shocked at who my visitor was. I hadn’t even thought about letting Ramsi know I had made it home and he was so worried about me that he came straight here. I told him I was pregnant and that he was obviously the father and that I was scared, sick, and worried about money. He said he would stay with me and help me raise the child. With the money he brought in I was able to put walls up and a roof over the baby’s head. Ramsi and I would have to continue to sleep outside in the tent, but the baby would be safe from the elements.

Slowly I got better and we got in a routine. Ramsi even started an intern program to become a doctor.  I was finally able to buy a stove and start cooking properly for myself and that too helped me to feel better.

I was in my garden when I felt the first pains of labor. Its time to go to the hospital and bring home a miracle.
