Hey everyone. I’m Hannah. Now that I’m heiress, I have a few things I’d like to change. Changes to the house and grounds are taking place slowly. I have decided that since I have sold a few books and have my name in the pool, I’ll become a journalist. I plan to spend time traveling and I can write pieces for the newspaper on my adventures. As far as children and a husband goes, well, I have plenty of time for that stuff. I am still working hard on Love Crimes. I have been held back from completing it by school and projects. I graduate next school year and I’m very excited.

As you all know, I am an aunt now. Heidi and Louis had Rosaline. She is such a sweet baby. Looks like I’m going to be an aunt again–Heather is pregnant now. My daddy is furious with them both, but she stands up for Jamal and refuses to tell us the truth. I hear her crying in her room all the time and her medical condition is getting worse. She has started refusing her medicine and has become very aggressive toward everyone, even my mom and dad. I am scared of her. I have the right to tell her to get out, but I’m concerned for her safety. I just hope she doesn’t do something to hurt herself or someone else or end up in jail. She’s not an evil person, but she is insane.

Hormonie surprised us with her career choice. She has decided to be a doctor. Dad told us a long time ago that we had the chance to go to college if we decided to, so Hormonie paid a visit to the hospital for an interview and job placement. Because she was a high school graduate, she was hired as a bedpan cleaner. They offered to pay for her classes and sent her to the science lab to learn her skills. I’m proud of my big sister. I hope my career gets going as well as Helda’s and Hormonie’s have. Heidi may not have a career, but she is making a good wife and mother, like we all knew she would.

Helda finally fell in love. She knew for a while that he had a girlfriend, but it didn’t bother her much. She knew he loved her too and asked her to break up with the girlfriend. Helda found out later that his ex-girlfriend was Anastasia, our first cousin. The very well-known man is Ignacio, and he came to Sunset Valley from Egypt. Helda was playing in the sprinkler one afternoon, and heard someone running up behind her. “Helda, let’s leave. I want to be with you forever, and I just need to get away right now,” he begged her. I reminded them of Dad’s promise, but they only wanted to be together. With no intentions to marry and with the house already full, the couple moved out together to fend for themselves.

I decided to make my rounds to my dad’s brother’s house, late one Saturday afternoon. Uncle Columbus and Aunt Chandra are both elders like my parents. Anastasia is a young adult and is working at the hospital, and will be working with Hormonie. There is a little boy in the family now. Everette was born right as Aunt Chandra aged into elder. He has my grandma’s eyes. Anastasia is devastated after Helda deceived her and stole her boyfriend. She plans to have her revenge, if only she could find them.

Morgan has been seeing a man by the name of Brice McGlow. They are often seen at the Bistro and at the theater together. I wonder if I will have another baby cousin in the future.

Nine short months later, after a difficult pregnancy, Heather gave birth to a little girl. Heather is still very much depressed and distraught. Jamal has quit coming around completely and she is a zombie all of the time. She took a break from her job to take care of her little girl. Rebecca was born with the traits friendly and virtuoso.

A disaster happened on my birthday. As I blew out my candles, the cake went up in flames. No one was hurt in the fire and I successfully put it out on my own.

I went straight to the Sunset Valley Courier and applied for a job as their paper girl. For now, I’ll be delivering the paper. It won’t be long before I start writing though.

Rebecca turned a year old.

As the years went by, Heather withdrew more and more into her shell. We finally figured out the deal with her and Jamal. He was married to a woman named Gillian and they had three children together. Heather split them up once and, out of anger, Jamal drugged and raped Heather which resulted in Becky. Jamal and his wife remarried and left Heather as a single mother still living with her parents. Heather’s 35th birthday rolled around, but that maked Heather’s moods even worse. After many years of having long beautiful brown hair, she has cut it off.

For inspiration for stories I like to go to the park and mingle with the crowd and catch up on gossip. Once Saturday I saw my sister Heidi on the swings with Louis, her high school sweetheart. They are planning on having another child very soon. Their first child is already in 1st grade; Rosalie is growing up fast.

I ran into someone else at the park that day. Turns out, Grandma Asa is still watching over us.

On my walk home that day I saw Helda running into a house. Her and her boyfriend Ignacio purchased a very expensive home.

Hormonie has gotten engaged recently. The whole relationship was a bit of a surprise. She never even brought him home until they got engaged. We planned a quick wedding and within a week they were married and a home was purchased for them.

One evening after the wedding I came home from work and everyone was in distress. Helda, Heidi, and Hormonie were there in tears. The only people missing were Heather and little Becky, and Dad was laying on the couch sweating.
